How to delete your data
You can ask JM Pro Gloss Detailing to delete the information we keep from your conversations and appointments in two ways:
- By email: write to jmproglossdetailing@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Instagram username or Facebook name, so we can find your conversation.
- In the chat: send us "delete my data" on Instagram or Messenger and a member of our team will take care of it.
We'll delete your information within 30 days and confirm through the same channel. We may keep the minimum the law requires about services already performed.
Messages are also stored in your own Instagram or Facebook account; you can delete them there in the app.
